Aliyah and Absorption Programs for Singles and Families

Community Aliyah Programs
The program’s goal is to help potential new immigrants form a like-minded group to exchange information, provide emotional support and share the experiences and preparations for aliyah.
First Home in the Homeland - Family Plan
Families making Aliyah have their own unique set of issues. The challenge of making things work on all fronts and meeting the needs of a variety of family members is no easy task.

First Home in the Homeland - Singles Plan
One of the most challenging aspects of making aliyah for a single is finding a social network.  The Bayit Rishon Bamoledet Program provides a built in social environment for the new immigrant.

At Home-Together Program (Babait Beyachad)
At Home Together pairs new immigrant and veteran families based on individual suitability, common background, language, age of children and interests.

Family and Singles Absorption Centers
A program providing young olim with a wide array of absorption services such as Hebrew ulpan, educational and cultural programming and preparation for higher education and the labor market in Israel.

“Shnat Kehila”
Are you looking for a way for “Tikun Olam”? Are you looking for an extraordinary opportunity to experience a special community lifestyle? Do you wish to make Aliyah to Israel?
If the answer is yes - ‘Shnat Kehila’ Program is the answer for you!

Aliyah on a Red Carpet
Aliyah on a Red Carpet begins in the new immigrants' country of origin where they attend an Aliyah Expo and explore the broad range of aliyah programs, options and benefits available. They are later flown to Israel on a group flight with other new immigrants.

Aliyah on a Red Carpet with Bnei Akiva
Aliyah on a Red Carpet with Bnei Akiva begins in the new immigrants’ country of origin where they attend an Aliyah Expo and explore the broad range of aliyah programs, options and benefits. They are later flown to Israel on a group flight with other new immigrants.

Conservative / Masorti Aliyah
The Jewish Agency for Israel and the Masorti/Conservative Movement in Israel are happy to assist you in your first steps in aliyah and successful absorption.

Learning Hebrew
Study is a participation activity, where students speak, practice and repeat, absorbing the rules of the language as they go along. Each chapter of study is built around a practical situation, such as riding a bus, visiting a supermarket, or a restaurant.
